This section includes certain FAQs related to the triggering of an invitation in the Rule Engine-
1. When will an invitation trigger in Rule Engine?
A. There are two scenarios when an invitation will trigger in the Rule Engine
•If a visitor meets the conditions of the rule engine then the invitation will be triggered.
•An operator of the particular skill needs to be online for the invitation to be triggered.
2. When will an invitation not trigger in a Rule Engine?
A. If a Rule Engine meets any of the given below conditions then invitation will not be triggered to the visitor.
•If operator is offline.
•If visitor declines the invitation using “no thanks” button then it will block rule engine for 24 hours
•If visitor ignores the invitation using “close” button then domain level rules will be blocked till 1 hour.
•If total number of operator’s ongoing chats exceed chat limit of all operators
•If total visitors in queue exceed threshold limit.
