A.Display Method as Select From Gallery
1.If Display Method is selected as Select From Gallery, click 
button and a new window is opened as shown in the screen below.
Pre-defined Invitations
The window displays a list of pre-defined invitations on the basis of selected category.
Now user can also select an invitation with .GIF functionality from Animation category. This is as shown below-
2.Select invitation category from Select an Invitation Category dropdown list.

Note- The invitation category such as Fun, Library, Gaming, Secure and Consulting now include new proactive invitation images.
3.Select shape of the invitation from Shape 1, Shape 2, Shape 3 and Shape 4 tabs. The category labeled as Modern also now includes Shape 4 tab. This is as shown in the below screen-
Click on Shape 4 and the system will redirect to the following screen-
4.Once the shape is selected, click 
button located on the invitations and the following screen appears.

5.The details of the selected pre-defined invitation are displayed on the create invitation page.
•Name
The Name and Description of the selected pre-defined invitation is displayed under Name section.
•Display
The selected Display Method is displayed under Display section.
•Background Image
The URL field displays the URL of the background image of the invitation selected.
One can change in pixels the Width and Height of the background image.
•Accept Button
The Image URL field displays the URL of the accept button image.
One can change the position of the accept button by configuring the X and Y values in pixels.
•Decline Button
The Image URL field displays the URL of the decline button image.
One can change the position of the decline button by configuring the X and Y values in pixels.
•Close Button
The Image URL field displays the URL of the close button image.
One can change the position of the close button by configuring the X and Y values in pixels.
•Chat Window
One can launch the chat window by configuring the Width and Height in pixels. An admin also has the option to set the triggering position of rule engine on the visitor screen. This is as shown below-
- A user can select the button alignment option from the dropdown box followed by the dimension fields as shown in the below screen-
6.Click 
button to view the preview of the invitation set on the same console as shown below-
7.Click 
button to save the configurations. A confirmatory message stating 
is displayed on the console.
8.Click 
button to return to the previous page.
9.The newly created invitation is displayed in the grid as shown in the screen below.

10.Click 
icon to edit the created invitation and the following screen appears.

11.Once the changes are done click button to view the preview of the invitation set.
12.Click 
button to save the configurations. A confirmatory message stating is displayed on the screen.
13.Click button to return to the previous page.
