Invitations are the pop-up screens that appear on the website automatically for engaging the visitor in proactive chats based on pre-defined rules.
To view invitations, go to Rule Engine > Invitations and the following screen appear

The page displays a list of created invitations in the grid along with options like search, edit and delete.
Note:
Invitation cannot be deleted, if it is assigned to a Rule. In this case, first delete the rule and then delete the Invitation.
Create Invitations
To create invitations follow the steps given below.
1.Click 
button to create a new invitation and the following screen appears.

2.Provide the Invitation Name and Description in the respective fields.
3.Select the Display Method from the dropdown list.
