This section describes the Log In procedure for all the ICE users (Operator, Supervisor and Admin).
Log In
The ICE Log In window is common for all the users to access. Given below are the steps to follow:
1.Enter the URL: https://www.enterice.com/chat in the address bar of the browser to access the ICE Login window.
2.Enter the Organization ID, Username and Password, and click 
button to access the Agent console. The page allows the user to log in to the system.
Notes:
•Check the Remember Me box to auto fill the credentials every time you log in.
•Click on Profile to Reset Password, once you log into Operator/Supervisor console.
•To reset password for Admin console. (See Change password)
•Agent/Operator/Chat representative are identical terms, and have been used interchangeably in ICE.
