Account Locked on Multiple Invalid Attempts

ICE software provides 5 attempts to the users to enter valid credentials to login in the system.

If a member enters invalid credentials consecutively for 3 times then system generates a Captcha code in Login Screen. This is as shown below-

The member will have to enter captcha code along with valid credentials. Further, if member fails to enter valid details for remaining 2 attempts, the account will be locked and a message will be generated on ICE login screen as shown below-

Note– A user’s account can be unlocked by contacting an Admin. If an admin’s account gets locked due to failed login attempts then it can be unlocked by contacting ICE Support team.
