A visitor has the option to login to the system through social media or Gmail account platforms.
When a visitor clicks on 
button then system redirects to the following screen-
Mentioned in the above screen is the highlighted signing in option through Facebook and Gmail.
When a visitor clicks on Facebook icon in the prechat survey, then the Name and Email field of the prechat window will be skipped by automatically taking the credentials of visitor’s Facebook account. This is as shown below-
On clicking the 
button, a visitor gets connected with the operator. Notice the delete icon highlighted in the above screen. It has been provided for the purpose when a visitor doesn’t want to chat with his social media credentials. Clicking on 
icon will again redirect the visitor to default prechat survey screen.
The same functionality could be performed by logging in using Gmail account.
