This option helps a Supervisor to logout from the system.
To logout from the system go to User Account>Logout as shown in the following screen-
This will display a prompt logout window on the screen as shown below-
Click 
to logout and 
button to cancel logging out of the system.
Note– In case if there are any ongoing chats the system will ask the user to dispose all the chats before logging out.
The default message settings selected from the dropdown box will be reflected in the chat interface, except for other fields where user will have to make entries manually
