Monitoring Chats

Supervisor can monitor the real time interactions between the operator and visitor without the knowledge of both the parties. Supervisor can select to monitor operator chats based on Skills and Organization.

•Select to monitor the chats for the selected Campaigns from the dropdown list.

•Chats with a particular skill in a campaign can be selected from the skill dropdown list.

•Select All to view all chats for all the campaigns and skills under the supervisor.

Monitoring Chats-

•The Chat window at the left side of the Supervisor Console allows to monitor Chats.

•To monitor operator chats uncheck Chat Monitor 3 option in the console.

•Select the Campaign to monitor the chats or select All to view current chats for all the campaigns.

•Select the chat from the chat grid to view the particular chat session between the operator and visitor. This is as shown below-

The supervisor can also bifurcate his direct incoming chats and monitored chats by activating the toggle button as highlighted below-

•The conversation between operator and visitor appears in Chat box, once the chat is selected from the Chat grid like the one as shown below-

•Select the chats from the Chat grid to toggle and view the current chat sessions.
