– Sends a chat transcript over a particular email address.
A supervisor can email a chat transcript using icon from the chat toolbar.
To send a transcript-
- Click on icon
- The following pop-up will appear on the screen-
- Provide a valid email address of the recipient in the field.
- Click
button to send the chat transcript on the email address. - Click
button to cancel sending the transcript.
