Chat Termination From Visitor

If a visitor terminates an ongoing chat, the system will display a notification in the text box field of the agent console. This is as shown below-

This notifies that agent will no longer be able to send the messages to the visitor.

An agent has the option to fill up the survey during an ongoing chat by clicking on the Survey icon. This is as shown in the below screen-

This will open up the Survey fields on the console as shown in the below screen-

The Submit button highlighted in the above screen is shown disabled. So, an agent will be able to enter the details in survey fields but the Submit button will be enabled only when the chat is hung by agent/visitor.

End Chat Notification-

When the chat is hung up from either the visitor’s end or the agent’s end, the hung up chat will be displayed on the agent console as shown below:
