Chat Grid

Chat grid displays a list of chats for the active operators. A new chat or a new message received is notified with a flash alert in the Chat grid.

Chat Grid

Operator can view following details in the Chat grid.

  • Skills associated with the chat.
  • Visitor’s first name.
  • State or status of the chat session

InSite: The visitor is on the web page where the Chat button is available. (See Filter Chats)

InQueue: Displayed when a visitor’s chat request is awaited to accept.

Chatting: The visitor is interacting with the operator.

Close: The visitor or operator has ended the chat session.

  • Operator’s name handling the chat.
  • Visitor’s current web page.
  • Total time, chat time and waiting time for the chat.
  • Visitor’s browser information.
