Chat grid displays a list of chats for the active operators. A new chat or a new message received is notified with a flash alert in the Chat grid.
Chat Grid
Operator can view following details in the Chat grid.
- Skills associated with the chat.
- Visitor’s first name.
- State or status of the chat session
InSite: The visitor is on the web page where the Chat button is available. (See Filter Chats)
InQueue: Displayed when a visitor’s chat request is awaited to accept.
Chatting: The visitor is interacting with the operator.
Close: The visitor or operator has ended the chat session.
- Operator’s name handling the chat.
- Visitor’s current web page.
- Total time, chat time and waiting time for the chat.
- Visitor’s browser information.
