With the help of the Copy Transcript button, the agent will be able to copy the entire chat transcript of the communication conducted between the agent and the visitor and paste it at the desired location.
- This button will be displayed along with other chat toolbars as soon as the chat is received, and it will be displayed until the chats end and are disposed of.
- On clicking the Copy Transcript button,
- The entire chat transcript available on the agent console will be copied as it is. The agent can then paste the chat transcript to the desired destination.
- The chat transcript will be copied in the exact same formatting and line breaks as displayed in the agent console.
- The attachment URLs and Push URLs shared in the chat will also be copied while copying the entire chat transcript.
- If the chatbot is enabled, then the entire chat of the visitor with the bot, and the chat of the visitor with the agent will be copied.
- If the asynchronous chat is enabled, the entire chat history with date and time will also be copied.
- Once the chat transcript is copied, a notification message Chat Transcript Copied Successfully will be displayed as shown below:
