Auto Close Push URL Pop Up Box allows an operator to send the URL to the visitor during the chat.
The below screen shows a Push URL window of the operator screen-
An operator has two options to use a Push URL Pop Up Box.
1. Select the URL from drop down menu. This will hide the Add Description field shown in the above screen-
2. The user can write the URL in the URL field, thereby adding a description. This is as shown in the screen below-
•Check the Dual push option to open the URL in a new tab at visitor and operator screens.
The Push URL pop up box gets auto closed once the operator clicks Push button.
