An Email supervisor has the option to access an agent console, where he can make required changes for email configurations within Email agents and supervisors.
•Click Admin under User Account to access Admin console as shown below-
•The system will redirect the Supervisor to Admin console like the one as shown below-
•A user can make required settings from an Admin console like providing or removing access rights to agents and other supervisors.
