Click Draft to view all the tickets saved as a draft by operator as shown below-
A list of draft(s) will be displayed in the Email Grid as shown in the screen below-

An email supervisor can further select a particular ticket and perform the required action. An operator can either delete the draft using 
icon or send it to the concerned recipient.
