History

Complete History allows viewing a list of all the previous communications of operators with an email ID via Chat and Email.

Click History tab on editor window to view the ticket history and chat history. The following window opens up in the console-

Email history 1

By default the Ticket History tab gets displayed.

Ticket History displays a list of all the previous tickets created with particular visitor’s email address. It displays details like ID, Subject and Received On.

•Further, one can click on the ID to view the details of a particular ticket in a new popup window as shown in the screen below.

Ticket Detail

Chat history displays a list of all the conversations between the visitor and the operator. It displays details like Transcript, Operator Name, Chat Start, Chat End and Disposition.

Chat History

•Further an operator can click Transcript icon1 to view the entire conversation of a particular operator. All these chats are saved on the basis of email address given by the customer in prechat survey.
