Click Spam to view Spam emails as shown in the below screen-

A list of all spam emails is displayed in the Email Grid as shown in the screen below.

An operator can select any spam email and use the Move To button to take the required action. They can either view the ticket or return it to the Inbox by clicking the Not Spam option available under the Move To button.

An operator can click the highlighted Delete icon below to remove all spam items in a single action.
Note: When deleting tickets from the Spam folder, only tickets that are assigned to an agent are soft-deleted. Unassigned tickets are not deleted and will remain in the folder.
