User with Agent/Supervisor Role

A user with agent/supervisor role could be created from Admin console.

  • To create an agent or supervisor role, click Add user 1 button on console, which will redirect to the following screen-

 

  • Select a user role as Supervisor or Agent from Role dropdown box. The screen will have following elements-

Screen Elements

Description

First Name

Provide first name of the user.

Last Name

Provide last name of the user.

Virtual First Name

Provide virtual first name of the user.

Virtual Last Name

Provide virtual last name of the user.

User Name/Email

Provide username or email address of the user.

Password

Provide password.

Note: Password Rules

  • Password character range: Minimum 8 – Maximum 128
  • Passwords should contain at least one lowercase, one uppercase, one digit, and one special character.
  • Valid special characters are – @_#?\$%/^&+*;<>|,)(=’!}{:.][~-

Confirm Password

Re-enter the password for confirmation.

Confirm Password must match with the Password.

Gender

Select gender.

Network Id

Enter the Network Id of the network to which your user belongs.

Vendor

Enter the Vendor name for whom your user works

Line of Business

Enter the Line of Business name for which your user works

Site

Enter the Site name in which your user is working

Photo Criteria

Select photo of the user from the following criteria.

Available Options:

From Gallery: If selected, select photo from the options provided in the Select Photo field.

Browse Photo: If selected, provide photo using browse option.

Photo URL: If selected, provide URL of photo.

 

Note:

•For photo only .jpg, .gif and .png files are supported.

•Option for photo will appear when the gender is selected.

Chat Limit

Provide the number of chats a user can handle.

Email Limit

Provide the number of emails a user can handle.

Chat operator

Check the check box to create a chat operator

Email operator

Check the check box to create an email operator

Click to Call

Select to allow calling.

Click to call number

Provide number to call.

Select Volume

Select the desired volume from the dropdown list.

Select Ring Type

Select the type of ring from the dropdown list.

Skill

Select skills from the listbox to be assigned to the user.

Listbox displays only available skills.

One can select the required skills from the Available Skills listbox using the single select Single select 1 or bulk select Single select buttons.

One can also remove skills from theSelected Skills listbox using single deselect Single deselect or bulk deselect Bulk deselectbuttons.

One can also search for a particular skill by typing the name of the skill in Filterfield under Available Skills and Selected Skills section.

•Click Submitbutton after making entries in the respective fields. Click Cancel button button to cancel the process.

•Once the user with an agent/supervisor role is created, it will be reflected in user grid of admin console like the one as shown below-
