Multi Language Feature

This feature includes various language options and are assigned to agent at the time when a visitor of his native language requests in for a chat.

For instance, when a Spanish visitor connects with the interface, the agent assigned with Spanish language will be receiving the chat request.

To assign a specific language to the agent, move to Settings>Common>Campaigns and the following Window will appear on screen-

Scroll down the screen to Campaign grid and select   button as shown in the below screen

This will redirect to the following screen-

Choose a language to be assigned from Select Language dropdown field as shown highlighted in the above screen  to be allotted to the agent. By default the language will be set to English. The below screen depicts about same

Click  button to save changes. Click  button to cancel the process.

The same procedure could be followed while creating a new user and assigning new campaign and skill.

Note- The selected language will be assigned to only those agents who are expert in that particular language.
