During a chat an agent can transfer a chat using 
icon. The system would generate a window wherein agent 1 can check for available operators or skills to transfer the chat. This is as shown below-
Agent 2 to which Agent 1 is willing to transfer the chat will receive a console in his/her console as shown below-
As soon as Agent 2 will accept the chat message, Agent 1 will view the following message in his/her console as shown below-
All the conversation made between visitor and agent 1 will be now transferred to agent 2. This is as shown below-
The visitor connected through Twitter would get following message in chat interface-
