An ICE chat agent can transfer a chat to other agent while connected with a visitor through Facebook.
The below image shows a chat agent connected with a Facebook visitor-
During a chat an agent can transfer a chat using 
icon. The new agent on other end would get the following prompt message on the screen-
When the other agent accepts the request of transferred chat the current agent will receive a notification on his/her console like the one as shown below-
All the chat records made between visitor and agent 1 will be now transferred to agent 2. This is as shown below-
The visitor connected to the chat through Facebook will be able to view the chat transfer message as shown in the below image-
