Bot Analytics Report

This report analyzes and displays the chat connectivity of the customer and chat bot into various categories.

To view the report go to Bot>Reports>Bot Analytics Report. This is as shown in the below screen-

Make entries in the respective fields. Click Submit button. The system will display the report in following format-

An admin also has the option to view multi skill report. This is done by selecting multiple skill from Skill dropdown field as shown below-
