Click on Story Write and the system will redirect to the following screen-
The console will display the grid with various “story” names along with the options to enable/disable or edit. The grid will have no option to delete the created story. The console will be blank if no story has been created.
Add Story- The button allows an option to create a new story for configuration.
- Click Add Story button and the below screen will be redirected by the system-
- The “Story Name” field is mandatory. The admin needs to enter the name in the field to create or add a new story.
- The Intent list consists of the list of intents. An admin can select the intent from intent list to set in story list as per requirement. This is as shown below.

after setting up a story. The created story will be displayed in “Manage Story” console.
