ICE introduces its integrated API features for Chat operations. The APIs include set of modules for different user roles intended for the operation.
The following documentation illustrates the technical parameters of modules described under various user role categories. Further, this documentation also categorizes the modules based on their Service URL, authorized user and Json entities.
The developers will also come across various other entities like Web Services, Request Parameters, Input types and Outputs of the modules.
All of the Web Services for the modules mentioned in the documentation are of the type Post.
