Create/Edit Offline Survey

To create or edit an Offline Survey follow the steps given below.

1.Click Create New button to create a new offline survey and the following screen appears.

Screen Elements Description

Type

Displays the type of survey. (Here, Offline Survey).

Skill

Displays the skill.

 Survey Name

Displays the name of survey.

Description

Description of survey. The entered description will be displayed in the visitor console. The maximum allowed characters for a description field are 150

Email Notification

Select and enter valid email address to receive email notification for Offline Survey submitted by Visitor.

Survey Questions

Click  button to add new survey questions.

Email Subject

Enter subject for the email.

Email Address

The field enables only when Email Notification checkbox is checked. An admin can enter one or more email addresses in the field separated by commas.

2.The grid below the survey questions field displays the questions and answers set for offline survey. Admin can also edit the questions set by clicking on  icon.

3.After entering all information, click  button to save the changes or click  button to return to the previous screen.

4.The newly created Exit Survey is displayed in the main Survey screen as below.

5.By default it is inactive mode. It can be made Active by clicking on disable icon icon.

6.Click Edit button icon to edit the survey created.

7.After making necessary changes, click  button to save the changes.

8.A confirmatory message stating Survey is updated successfully is displayed.

9.Click  button to return to the main Survey screen.
