An Admin user can change a previously selected security question for a personal account.
To change a security question go to User account>Change Security Question as shown in the screen below-
The system will generate a Change Security Question window as shown below-
Select a secret question from drop down box and provide the answer in the field.
Click 
button to make the changes.
