Operators can attach and share .PDF, Text (.txt) and Image file types at any point of time in the chat session. The attached file should consist of the extensions like .xlsx, .xls, .rar, .zip, .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .bmp, .docx, .doc, .csv, .gif etc.
