Payment via Chat

Admin can assign the feature of “payment via chat” for allowing agents to send payment requests to the visitors.

To enable this feature for specific skill of agents, go to Settings > Chat > Payment via Chat  and the following screen appears

  •  Select a skill from dropdown box to integrate Payment via Chat feature.
  • Select payment gateway from the respective dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Client ID for the payment gateway specified.
  • Click to save the input. Click  to cancel the process.
  • The added Client ID, payment gateways along with the skills assigned will be displayed in the grid as shown below :

  • Click   icon in the grid to edit the payment gateway or skill mentioned.
  • Click  icon in the grid to delete the payment gateway linked with skill.
  • Click   icon in the grid to enable/disable the skill for the payment gateway.
